I'm taking my photographs a step farther-using them as the basis for a 3-dimensional work of art by adding paint, pithy phrases, fabric, ephemera and texture.

The Promise of America

To highlight the inequality of this country, a black and white image of Appalachia, where I grew up, is combined with the news of Wall Street bailouts.  America had a strong work ethic, but now it's all about shortcuts and finding easy money.
